Pistachio Crusted Salmon
Fresh salmon fillets topped with a crispy pistachio and herb crust. Elegant, impressive, and ready in just 20 minutes.

Preheat oven to 200 °C (400 °F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and brush with oil.

Chop the pistachios into small pieces (not powder). Mix with breadcrumbs, dill, and lemon zest.

In a small bowl, combine the mustard and honey into a smooth glaze.

Season the salmon fillets on both sides and place them on the baking sheet. Generously brush the top of each fillet with the mustard-honey glaze.

Press the pistachio crust firmly onto the glaze so it adheres well.

Bake 12-14 minutes, until the crust is golden and the salmon flakes easily with a fork. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
